Lifelong Learning | Using the DiSC Assessment to Improve Communication and Teamwork

The DiSC assessment is a widely recognized personality tool that measures four broad behavioral styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. By identifying natural behavioral tendencies, communication styles, and work preferences, DiSC helps individuals and teams strengthen interpersonal relationships, enhance collaboration, develop leadership skills, and improve overall workplace effectiveness. Participants will gain insights into their own style and learn strategies for adapting to others in both professional and personal settings.

This session will be led by Candace Weber, Senior Charitable Giving Officer at Valparaiso University and a certified DiSC Personality Assessment Facilitator since 2018.
